I needed to urgently send a letter to the developer for one of the properties and Bob Aaron became unresponsive. He also provided me with inaccurate information.

M	Maria Paula Hernandez C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After missing a call from this number, I attempted to reach out to clarify the reason for their call, the receptionist placed me on hold and then put me through someone by the name of "samara" which resulted in a voice mail. I called back to inquire about their reason for their call the receptionist mentioned "this is a law firm" and " I'm only one person" and that the only other person who could have called was on the phone. She placed me on hold again to speak to her manager, after a few seconds a person comes into the line and states she was trying to reach a client but pressed the wrong number while calling me "sweetie" to which my response was "okay honey". Very unprofessional firm.
