My words were "Awesome, thank you very much." This was unacceptable since I was at work and needed a drive. Thanks again stouffville-uxbridge taxi..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful don’t use this taxi service, I was taking a taxi from them and the driver didn’t let me know the debt machine wasn’t working till I got home. After waking up at 5 am for work and getting home at 4 pm. Then proceeded to tell me we’re going to the atm starts backing out of my driveway and I had to yell for him to stop. Then proceeded to wait outside my house for 45 minutes ringing my doorbell. Showing up at my work and house multiple times. The owner is harassing me to this day. His address is 82 horsedreamer lane in stoufville. There are so many better taxi companies out there don’t use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at 11am this morning to pre-order a taxi for a 2:45pm pick-up. Sent all the details and it was confirmed.
Had to call them at 2:50pm because the driver wasn’t here yet and they had not called me to let me know he was running late.
Can’t rate the service but can rate it low due to lack of organization and communication.
UPDATE: The driver who was supposed to pick me up was fired. He has called me asking me to remove my review to help him get his job back. I will not be doing that. I was late to a very important appointment and then had my entire day behind schedule due to his error.
But it’s not only his fault. Whoever booked me in for the ride should have also contacted me to let me know he was behind schedule.
I wish I could give zero stars.
