We received quotes and decided that AAA provided us with the most in terms of product, pricing, engineering and experience. It was really important to us that the cover would handle the snow as we live quite high up. They were very professional and from quote to finish it was on schedule. Kyle and the install crew made sure that everything was done to our specifications. It looks amazing and we are so pleased that we now have a year round deck. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Any response at all to tell me they didn't want my repeat business would have been better than nothing at all. It's understandable if they're too busy, have a months long back log, or staff shortage- just say so. It's a shame because my first experience years ago was great and now it was the opposite. 2015: Had an old aluminum deck cover removed and replaced by them last October and the installers did a nice job of installing what's obviously a quality product. They were courteous, competent, and professional. Considering the installation was entirely done in the rain, the guys were surprisingly upbeat. Thanks again.
