★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A3 towing came in a crazy cold snap when every other towing company in the city said they were too busy to help me on the side of the road with a flat tire....they were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! thanks so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ran into one of the employees named "derek" i was at 711 with my daughter and a tow truck from this company pulled up right next to my truck, he was so close that i couldnt open my door to get into my truck. Driver came out of 711 and i asked why he parked so close. Clearly he was drunk! He started flipping me off infront of my 8 year old daughter while using a bunch of major profanity. He also wanted to fight. What company allows losers like this to work and ruin a name? I own a transit company with my father and im definitely never calling this company when i need a tow. Unreal and disgusting behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my car towed and was calling around for best price/time to pickup. I settled on A3 for a price of $60 and a quick pickup.The driver texts " Do you need a tow truck or not?" The person did not identify himself, as I had called a few companies. I reply " No thanks. My car has been picked up". I did not realize that he had already called and made verbal arrangements with myself. I thought this was some other company. So ok, I met him at the destination and he drops the car and comes to the repair shop and I ask him if he has a credit card machine. He says that it is cash only, and I respond that the other guy(the dispatcher) had not told me that. So as I start to pull out cash that I had to borrow last second, I ask him for the invoice. No invoices. At that that point he tells me to go and make arrangements with Jose(?)A3. I don't know if he intended for this to be an under the table deal. I call the dispatch line tell him what happened and that I want to pay. He then tells me the price was $80. The same price as the other guys. There was no advantage going with this company. Next time I will call some other company. Not impressed, not professional.
