★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always hot and fresh but I don’t understand why their service is always ridiculously slow. Every time I go I have to move forward and wait for my food. Even when there is no line up. Two days ago I went, paid for 3 chicken strips at the window, and 7 min later received them, watching the clerk prep 3 other empty bags before putting my chicken strips into a bag and giving them to me (they were on the counter already). Owner - please step up the service game of your establishment ?? I love the environmentally friendly business and the hormone free food so I continue to go, but it’s painfully slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice staff every time I've been! Not once have they made a mistake with my order (I order the vegan options and they never mistakenly gave me animal protein). There is sometimes a wait at the drive-thru, but it's really not a big deal considering most places are under-staffed at the moment, they're doing great under the circumstances!

Burger, fries and so are nice and fresh, and we come from far away... BUT it is always something missing from the bags. It happened so often with the apple pie that I don't order them no more. Often to they skip the sauce for the sweet popataoes fries. Today it was a teen burger missing... One on 3 burgers! Sure one of us was mad. And no way to call them.
