★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at 9:40 pm as they state they are open until 10pm, when I got to the drive through a man spoke to me through the speaker and told me they were closed. I mentioned to him online it states they are open until 10pm and it was only 9:40 and he said I’m sorry sir we close at 9:40. I’ve worked jobs where you don’t pack your bags and leave at closing time. You are open until you say you are open then you start to shut down after the time you are expected to close at. Not sure if this is the policy Humboldt A&W holds or if it’s pure laziness by the staff working Sunday evening. Either way you lost my business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to a lot of A&Ws in my day, and this is by far the friendliest and cleanest one I’ve ever seen. They actually come to your table and ask how your food is! The customer service is superb and I felt like I could eat off the floor.
Just a top notch A&W, the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome small town A&W experience. Friendly manager obviously had some skin in the game. Girl who took my order totally missed that I said "combo". Manager comped it, even though I offered to pay for it. She said it wasn't necessary. All around great experience.
