★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave this place its last chance and I probably won't eat here again. Today my burger I ordered on skip ACTUALLY did taste good, but it was thrown together, I basically had to put the burger together myself, the fries in the poutine I ordered with it were barely cooked, I should've bought cheese and gravy and made it myself. Everytime I've been through the drive through at this place they're extremely slow. One time I was sitting there for 20 minutes and there was two cars in front of me. The other day I went to stony plain drive through and there were atleast 6 cars in front and they took less than 10 minutes. And thats not it, their food is hit or miss, some days there is a good burger, other days you get sick and can't even finish a burger. One time I had a burger here and couldn't eat fast food burgers without feeling sick for a very long time, it was that disgusting. Most the workers are very miserable also. This place either needs new management or needs to train their staff properly. McDonald's is right across the street, go there. Or stony plain a & w, the workers are so kind there and make amazing food for some reason

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat here on a weekly basis, but food is very inconsistent. I often find items or garnish is missing,. Today i managed to find a wonderful strip of plastic in my first bite, very dissappointing. Kitchen staff have to pay better attention to cleanliness when it comes to food prep.

Asked how long the Milkshake machine had been down and if they’re going to fix it, the response I got was “Yeah we’ll all of us (employees) hate the machine so” from an overly giggly 15 year old. Don’t think your staff should be telling customers that, nor should they have a sign saying something is “broken” if they just don’t like using it. Do better.

It was disgustingly over cooked, if a mom and pop restaurant served this kind of food they would be bankrupt in a week. Also ordered chicken wrap, it literally had 1 skimpy piece of lettuce, wake up people stop supporting these places and look at supporting the little guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. Ordered a double teen burger and onion rings. Got a single teen burger and the onion rings were either way over cooked or the oil needed to be changed badly. Tasted terrible. My husband went out in 30 below weather for this. Won't go back again as this is the second time this has happened. So sad teen burgers were always my favorite.

A&W can't get anything larger than a child size milk (been used to this for a while) but now;
No sausages till July, no brown toast either. Yet we can get these things at other stores. I think it's time for places like this to have another shortage on something that is everywhere else: customers!!
(this particular store has a very good manager and is well run, it's not this store I'm upset with: it's A&W corporate)
