★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location while working in the area and went 4 days in a row. 3x I ordered a papa cheese and got a plain momma burger. Today I sat in the line up from 12:15 to 1250 3 cars deep and only thing right in my order was the onion rings. GET SOME COMPETENT EMPLOYEES. Never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order my mozza burger from this location, I said no tomatoes on the burger but I still got the tomatoes. Everything else was correct, so that’s good. The burger is still great but I had to remove the tomatoes myself oh well. Still a good A&W store here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So for 12+ months this location was closed for indoor takeout. Drive thru only (which commercial vehicles cannot fit)
They finally open indoors but have no seating??? What's with the lag time?? Space your tables if your afraid. Or possibly too lazy to clean the seating area?? Proof of vaccine is needed so let people eat inside!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for over 25 minutes to be refused service that i wanted to order because i was on a motorcycle. Usually i come to this location for good service but the "team leader" and other associate denied me service during a heat wave.
Absolutely wost kind of service ive ever received here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to get some food for my wife and daughter from this location. They missed an item from my order, and the woman working ran half a block just to make sure that I got it. Top-notch customer service and the food is always good at this location. I wish I got the lady’s name so I could have put it in this review but whoever you are thank you very much!
