Her 7-week program through A New View Nutrition to "build-up the basics of healthy eating habits" genuinely changed my entire perspective on eating; her shared knowledge and unmatched guidance poured over into my lifestyle patterns in so many more ways than I could have ever anticipated. Sam will provide you with innumerable resources, backed by positive energies and reflections that, for me, were uniquely enlightening. Sam's thorough, mindful, and non-judgmental guidance and her program's particular process (which involves intuitive journalling!) genuinely retrains your brain and your body's relationship with food. Highly recommend Sam and her services for absolutely anyone looking to better care for their mind and body.

Sam is relatable, funny and has a wonderful way of getting you to understand and apply the information in your daily life. She gives you a lot of information so you can be informed about the decisions you are making. Knowing the why behind things makes a lot of difference. Sam is so loving and caring and will never judge anyone on their lifestyle or food habits, she just provides you with the information to makes the choices for yourself. She took a lot of the pressure off of food which was a big trigger for me.
