I have ALWAYS ordered the same calzone with extra toppings since back in 2014, complete with additional toppings (which are paid for) and have become accustomed to what to expect with this order. Over the last 3 orders they've gotten smaller, worse quality, and/or missing ingredients. This last one was an absolute joke.. it was half the size despite being $20+ after taxes... definitely won't be ordering again for a long time after this unfortunate one. I can't even post the pictures of it, I have photos from my last few orders that even visibly show the decline in quality. So sad :/

J	Justin Woodcock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pizza, will order again. Thinner crust, good quality toppings, nice amount of cheese. I like the little touch of garlic butter on the crust, really tasty. The second pizza is a Jerk Chicken pizza and it turned out pretty good.

I arrived a few minutes late only to find that the order hadn't even been received by the store and that I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I was told by employees, and later a friend, that this is a regular thing that has been happening for a while. So; The website ordering system is broken, has been for a while by all accounts, and they still leave it up to aggravate customers. Ridiculous. I won't order from here again as I don't want to play "will they or won't they?" while rolling the dice on how much time I'm wasting. The pizza was good, but not that good.
K	Kayla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bacon mac n cheese is absolutely phenomenal. I love that they use real bacon strips and not that weird crumble. This one is definitely a favourite of mine in all of winnipeg. The bbq pulled pork (with pineapple instead of onions) is also satisfying but I found the sauce almost non-existent and would've definitely liked more. The amount of toppings is average and of course the garlic crust is a huge delicious addition to all their pizzas! I do prefer my crust a bit more cooked and they came perfectly for me. I remember walking in for just a slice or two in the past and they made up a fresh pizza just so I could grab a couple slices of my desired hawaiian, since they didn't have any available at the time I came in. I've always had great customer service here whether it's walking in or calling in an order and delivery usually comes faster than expected.
S	S Shepard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone done hill significantly over the years. Boston Pizza prices and you receive worse pizza than Pizza Hotline. I might try again in 2-3 years to see if they've improved back to when they first opened.
K	Katherine Dyck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the chicken nuggets and a medium hawian pizza. Sorry but your nuggets are gross, sauce was hot and nuggets were barely warm. Pizza ,which I usually love was soggy with very little toppings. Garlic on the crust does not make up for poor toppings. You went from top of my list for great pizza to not ever wanting it again.

We have been disappointed with the last number of orders and will not be going back for what has become overpriced pizza. Too many other great options in Winnipeg.
