They are very professional and are sure to do a detailed and thorough job. We also really appreciate that Kirby and his team listen to our instructions on how we would like the work to be done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirby and his team came by to do our exterior windows including a second story 10' partial glass roof. The roof has many trees over top and it gets a lot of sap and debris and is challenging to clean. Kirby worked his magic and the glass looks amazing and the gutters are clear, couldn't be happier.
We will definitely make this an annual service. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirby did an amazing job of cleaning all our exterior windows, cleaning and taking a lot of sand out of our very dirty gutters, taking the moss off our roof and painting the top four boards of the siding at the back of our house. Very professional and courteous and such a pleasure to deal with. It was very refreshing to deal with someone that takes such pride in their work. I will definitely use A Glass Act again and would not hesitate to recommend their services. A job well done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, and having built over 1200 units across the lower mainland, I have seen A LOT of cleaners attempt to clean windows and glass. Kirby first worked at our home where he cleaned the soot and grime off the white gutters and facia, including the downturn flashing at the roof edge... PLUS scrubbed down the white aluminum carport cover to a like-new condition.... PLUS did the windows (which he cleans INSIDE and OUT, along with the screens that we remove and re-install) and a large wall-hung mirror that gets direct sunlight for half the day and highlights every smudge or spec of dust. I then asked him to fit in a trip to my office to clean 7 windows for me and he ended up doing half the building including my lobby and interior glass railings, which have not been that clean since the day they were installed! He also managed to clean a glass canopy that so much grime and green stuff baked on to it by the sun that it almost seemed like a solid canopy..... came out looking brand new and in only a few hours total. Very reasonable prices for a guy who has all the right tools and gives that level of quality with a customer-first-so-do-it-right attitude. I will never use anyone else (Kirby, that means you can never retire)!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired A Glass Act to clean the interior and exterior of our windows which span up to 16’ high. Our home is situated on Gambier Island in the Howe Sound so we met Kirby and Wayne in Horseshoe Bay and transported them to our place via our boat. They spent the day working hard to get the job completed within the day as our home is primarily glass and wood. Both were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Our windows have never looked so clean! No streaking or drips just clear, sparkling glass. We will definitely hire A Glass Act again but will also have them do our glass blown chandelier next time as well.
