A&E Dental Centre

Recently transferred over to A&E Dental and i can confidently say that it has been the best decision ever!!! The receptions were quick to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns i had about the transfer. Dentist and hygienist are amazing.

I have been going to A&E Dental Centre for approximately four to five years. The receptionist and dentists are very considerate. For example, when I had braces, I had to extract two teeth because of my considerable overbite. Before the appointment, I was terrified of the procedure, but the staff were very kind by reassuring me that it was not painful. Fortunately, the teeth extraction was brief and painless. I did not have a chance to receive dental care from all dentists. However, from the ones I had, they were very gentle with the procedures. Their services did not irritate my sensitive gums at all. I am satisfied with the cleaning of my teeth and the result of the braces I received from this centre. The interior design is pleasing to the eyes, and individuals can watch the news on the television. Additionally, the centre offers water and coffee for those waiting for their appointment to commence. Moreover, the receptionist would call ahead of time (a day or week prior) to remind you about your upcoming appointment date. It is extremely helpful for people like me, who often forget important dates, and rescheduling appointments is a fast process. For those worried about COVID-19 transmission, there are typically no delays to the appointments. Interaction with other people is severely limited. Furthermore, there is hand sanitizer and masks provided if needed. If there IS a wait, the receptionist room is well-ventilated with adequate seating. Also, dentists wear protective clothing when working on your teeth to further reduce the spread of COVID-19. Overall, I enjoy my experience with A&E Dental Centre.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over a year now, and I can not say enough about the quality of the service my family has received. The dentist is so gentle that my 9 year old son no longer has the anxiety of visiting a dentist. The office is well-organized and clean. The staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, they are so friendly, and accommodating. They listen to your concerns, communicate the treatment plan with you clearly and make sure it works for you. My whole family loves this clinic and we don't foresee going anywhere else. Thank you!

I got my brace here and I wish I hadn't done it as the result was disappointed. Not only me but my family and all of my friends said I'm better keep my teeth as before, now it looks terrible somehow like bucktoothed (see the pictures showing the front teeth are positioned further forward than normal, and how it looks like when I close my mouth). To be honest, I'm very uncomfortable and unconfident. At the beginning, the dentists were not explaining the procedures as well as to give professional advices. I did ask my doctor if I need to do any tooth extraction, so my teeth will be straight down and in, she said wait to see how it's going, but she had never mentioned about it. It's my bad to trusted her and follow what she said. When I took off the brace I know it's not what I expected, but I didn't tell (my bad again cuz I was very easy-going) Then I went back there a few months ago speak to my doctor to figure out how to due with this problem and how they could help. I showed them and explained what I wanted then my doctor said "take out 4 teeth" and she just walk away. She knows, she knows right away and exactly this problem and her mistake, it's about careless when she take care of my brace. The receptionist said I had to go back to brace (it means I have to pay one more time for their mistake) and said will schedule when she has any available. I waited couple months for nothing, no calls, no contact. I was keep calling them but she was always said not yet available and tried to hang up the phone. I feel like they don't want to take their responsibilities and want to ignore me. At least they should have a good attitude to their customer and do something to help, but they didn't. All she could say is "I don't know, I don't know, maybe Summer, September...or you can go to another place and someone else will take care you" and that's it. I was shocked with her attitude and their customer services. It such an extremely terrible experience I have had here. Now I have to go to another dentist to help with my case.

I always say been referred to this dentist was one of the best referral I ever got. Which is why till date I still and will continue to go to them. They always greet you joyfully and create such a welcoming environment. They are very accommodating, and flexible which I truly appreciate. My mom and I absolutely love them. Thank you very much for making my mom smile again and for always enhancing my smile ??. You guys are the best!!
