★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business owner handled client interactions at a very sluggish pace. As I expressed dissatisfaction towards the design made for me and proposed changes I would like to have made, she responded very unfriendly, unwilling to cooperate, and also wanted to add additional charges. If her design was satisfying to start with, why would anyone ask for more changes which would in turn stall delivery time? It is clear that her standard and expectation for her own works are not to tier. The design gave a very outdated impression, very bland. The combination of below average standard of design, with poor customer service and desire to charge clients extra for further modifications: that's not acceptable at all.
I will not get services from here ever again.
