On a prit un contrat ménager avec votre entreprise A.B Entretien Ménager à notre deuxième service qui étais prévu 2021/08/18 a 9:30 AM il y à personne qui c’est présentée pour faire le travaille prévu comme attendu..
J’ai contacté votre entreprise par téléphone,sms,message FB sans réponse !
Ça aurais été apprécié juste me contacter m’avertir je suis désolé je peut pas venir pour faire le ménage à votre domicile demain j’ai un problème technique !!
J’aurais compris et on aurais trouver un autre moment !!
Je vais trouver une autre entreprise ménagère qui prend ses clients ou sérieux !

We took out a household contract with your company A.B Housekeeping at our second service which was scheduled 2021/08/18 at 9:30 AM there is nobody who is presented to do the planned work as expected.
I contacted your company by phone, sms, FB message with no response!
It would have been appreciated just contacting me to let me know I'm sorry I can't come to clean your home tomorrow I have a technical problem !!
I would have understood and we would have found another moment !!
I will find another housekeeping business that takes its customers or seriously!
