They spoke to 3 people at my business and all three said the same thing. When purchasing a used product at Dobsons it is non returnable so I was asking questions and the guy said " this is not a big purchase, like buying a house" The part was $1100. To me that's a big purchase and called for questions.

The sales men would asure you that the part is the correct part when it doesn't work they tell you no exchange or refund. Very bad customer service. The sales man is very rude and have you waiting for more than 1 hour. They like wasting people time.
J	Journey With Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can below 1 star I would. First of all, I saw their ad on kijiji and told me to come by because they had exactly what i asked for. I come from Toronto and drive 2 hours to find out they don't have anything. The guy took me to another scrap yard and still nothing. On top of that all these guys are plain rude. I would avoid this business at all costs. You are better off saving your time and spending a few more dollars than deal with the people here. Waste of my time and definitely ruined my week just by how they were dealing with me as the CUSTOMER!
G	George B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are super great to deal with to get the job, then changed face when we had a concern after the work was completed. We purchased an older van body from a 3rd party and contacted Dobson's to Quote the delivery of it. My wife suggested it, since they sell van bodies and deliver them weekly, so she reached out to them. Based on our exact locations of pickup, delivery, lay of the land etc, Mike quoted "$750 based on 6 hours at $125". We agreed. The body arrived and was dropped in place and the driver called Mike who said to charge us $875. Ok, although a stretch on ACTUAL time it took (as we had texts from the pick up point to verify arrival/departure times and know when he was ready to leave here), that added up to a total of 6.5 hours by the time the driver got back to Dobson's yard, so that adds up to $812.50, Not $875. I paid the driver and afterwards my wife called Mike to ask about the extra charge. He was not so customer service nice and said things like "maybe the driver missed the pickup location etc", but he couldn't grasp that Time IS Time, you cannot change it, so why the extra charge? He skirted the question and ended by saying "are we done".... So then why 2 stars and not 1? Well the driver was good and knew his job well and got the van body in where it needed to be. In short, the container world and towing/delivery services are a sorted world as it is, but these folks could do better. That extra money to the customer means a lot.

I only wish they were closer to our location in Vaughan so we could use them for all of or truck service.

Viewed only online, their ad photos and description/ condition of box was correct. I had the storage box dropped off at rental house to replace deterioted garage. Delivery time and price we're perfect. Delivery driver and staff very friendly. Well done A/B Dobson??. Look forward to do more business in near future. ?
