โ โ โ โ โ The lady works in the late afternoon is the worst agent I have ever seen. She was listening watching video on her phone while working and is not familiar with auto insurance system and makes up a bunch of rule on her own which is not on icbc website nor she can show any document to support her claim. Her boss should train her properly.
