★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my generator from here, and very glad I did. Best price point anywhere, for a refurbished unit. I've put probably 400 hours on it, and it still works great. Bought a lawnmower too a few years back, and no major complaints.
Store got redone lately, looks great. Staff are friendly, and tell it like it is. I don't go anywhere else for maintenance and procurement of small engine products.

Since you asked I am replying to you regarding my 2 star google review of your establishment.
I visited your store a few weeks ago looking to have a chainsaw repaired. I tried to call first but the phone only rang. If I remember correctly I got voice mail and never got a call back.
I was in a bit time crunch so I drove up there to talk to someone based on your website and the name of your business.
It turned out that you wouldn't service my chain saw as it is an older unit (even though it was fresh out its packaging)
You said if I am handy i could try myself. I am handy but I wanted a professional to fix it.
It is irritating that you would sell me the parts to fix it 'cause the fix is fairly straight forward, but would not do the work yourself. You call yourself a small engine repair shop. I feel that is misleading. There is no where on your web site that says you ONLY service equipment that is very current.
I gave you 2 stars as opposed to 1 star because the counter guy was nice and I believe that counts.
I hope this clears things up for you.
Funny... I took the time to respond to you but your team couldn't find the time to return my voice mail even though I was a potential paying customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my shop vac which was under warranty for repair to this shop. Repair was done on time and with high quality. They were very responsive during repair and dealings with insurance for replacement part via phone and email. They did go the extra mile also to make me a 100% happy customer which was quite nice. I definitely do referrals and use their services again in the future. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, very friendly and helpful, and gave good advise. Overall great experience. Only thing is the cost for the initial inspection. I understand that an initial cost should be charged, but if its a quick check and fix, maybe the cost should reflect that.
Again, everything else was a great experience.

I called them and the folks went over and beyoind to connect me directly to the Distributor to a specific extension. Within the minutes, the parts were ordered and will arrive within 1 day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Father brought his lawnmower to this place and they CHARGED him $300 and didn't fix a thing on the machine, you'd think they'd charge less for just checking out the lawnmower instead of ripping someone off. Make sure you check what your getting charged for ! Nothing was fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Wednesday June 1st 2022, I visited the shop with with my grass edge trimmer. I didn't know how tread the cutter correctly. Within a few minutes I learned 'how to'. Dave, the manager, treated me as a valid customer. I left the building Smiling. I highly recommend the service to everyone who are looking for a Lawn mower, edge trimmer, repair to snow equipment or new.
They will gladly help.
