★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Drive Shaft for my 323i from this junk yard in Jan 17th 2019. The part was installed the very next day and it was causing more noise and vibration to compare with my original part. I called him to claim for 30 days warranty which was promised. He said that he has three more items in their stock list and can be replaced with one of them after he check the part. He promised me that will call me within next two days. He never called. I called him (Tarek) 3 times for follow up to replace the drive shaft which was waist of money. Their 30 days warranty is a jock. It is a lie. He did not have any similar parts in their stock and Tarek ignored all my phone calls. I even send him a written notice via mail with a copy of my invoice. It has been over two months and still no answer. Please do not get fool with their fake promises. They have no moral and principal in their business. Not even a 3rd world customer service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute joke of a business. Take down the "wrong phone number" and never call you back. They never actually have the part they say they do, then once you demand to confirm for the second or third time to ensure it is from the vehicle you are searching, then they suddenly don't have it or it is from a different model or whatever excuse they can give you. This is the third time I have had issues here, no more! Absolutely pathetic! I am surprised they know how to count or spell, because they know nothing about vehicles or customer service.
