Recently, they have adopted a backpack policy, where they require you to leave your backback at the door, where anyone could grab it and run. They rudely refuse to have any backpacks behind their counter, and refuse to acknowledge my concern about my backpack getting stolen. 0/5, awful customer service.
E	Ensign Dopamine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a schedule that keeps me up nights, so I usually wander over here to get a drink or a snack anytime between 1-3am. The store is hit or miss with what is stocked on shelves, but that's understandable considering it's usually pretty busy and seems to be understaffed and the employees overworked to the point where they've stopped caring. Seems like a corporate issue more than anything. For the people saying it's 'scary" at night, lmao grow up and grow a set of whatever reproductive organs your gender has. Sure there are a few druggies hanging around but they almost always stick to themselves. They're not going to cause problems with you, the main rcmp detachment is a block away and within visual range of the store for goodness sake. Some people are just drama queens.

Last time when I went there by mistake I forgot to take my mask with me. I gently asked from the door that I forget my mask and I need some stuff to buy am I allowed or not this is the first time I was without my mask but the sales stuff told me he gave me this favour so many times where I never be there with out my mask and that was my first time and I also asked him if he can give me a mask or I can buy one. But he was very rude and I left the store immediately. One more thing I want to add when I was at the door a gentleman was leaving from inside the store without mask. I personally work at seven eleven and we always was very welcoming on the store and our first priority was customer delight. I was socked with his behavior. And after that I went to canco at North shore and asked a mask from them and they gave me an I bought what I want. From that day I stopped shopping from seven eleven.

They always greet me as I walk through the door and never treat me like an inconvenience even though they obviously have other tasks on the go – they are happy to stop, help me, then resume their work. If it's not too busy, they often ask me how my day is going and they wish me a great day as I leave before they get to the next customer. It's simple, yet it's astounding how many places don't know the basics of great customer service. Keep slayin' it.
