7-Eleven

I have to agree with an earlier review regarding one cashier on duty when there are many people in line. This is wrong on so many levels. First of all, due to covid-19, there is a limit of ten customers maximum. There were fourteen in the store yesterday while I was waiting patiently in line to buy gas. I felt rather unsafe. This was compounded by the fact that the person at the front of the line was taking forever to decide on their purchases and retrieve their coins from various pockets. So, not only was the line long and people were crowded, but we were standing there for an unsafe amount of time. Secondly, there were at least two other employees (I saw two behind the counter near the cashier- there may have been others elsewhere as well) who could have helped out when they saw the first customer taking so long. Neither of the two looked particularly busy. The cashier was doing her best with a moronic, time-consuming customer. I applaud her patience. It was not her fault .... but someone is responsible for creating this unhealthy/illegal situation of fourteen crowded people standing together for almost fifteen minutes in a rather small indoor location. I considered taking a picture and calling bylaw. Having said that, I empathize with the employees at this store because they have to deal with some really sketchy customers and they do so with professionalism and a smile on their face. Management must, however, ensure that covid-19 protocols are enforced and that people are not standing in line for fifteen minutes.

Horrible horrible experience gave a 50 dollar bill for my bill that was over 20 and got over half of the change back in dimes and nickles! The guy who works there on the till beside him when we asked for him to change the change into a bill he said he didn't have any and we clearly seen he did. Unacceptable I get there will be some change but man this is a 7-11 with a gas station if you can't afford to break a 50 I think it's time to throw in the towel.

UPDATE: I tried to do the survey but it fizzled like a flat Big Gulp. It seemed like the link you provided got me to the end of a survey. Allowed no input. Why 7-Eleven, why? If you're going to sell a chicken sandwich, and make the photo on the ads look just like Popeye's product, at least put some effort into it. We just bought two of them. What a disappointment. Quarter inch thick. Dry. Why bother? Bad enough having to drive almost half an hour because there's only two stores in a city of half a million. At least the Slurpee was ok

Walked in, young kid working named Nick laughing out loud. I ask what's so funny? He says how they always make fun of people who come in who don't wear a mask. I continue to tell him I'm medically exempt and others do have medical exemptions. He answers with a simple ok. If you're a medically exempt like I am, be ready to be laughed at. Poor poor customer service!

I came in today greeted by a really nice and professional young lady and a older lady with genuine warmth. I can’t tell you enough how good it feels to Interact with a business that welcomes and as warm as soon as you walk in. Thank you.

Food is awesome. Cicken is better than kfc. The service is effin pathetic and check your order before you leave...you will get home and some of your items missing. Rude incompetant staff. Management needs to evaluate their staff to ensure quality of staff and products.

Terrible staff offering poor customer service in a poorly maintained store. They offer mobile checkout but due to high theft they harass honest paying customers simply trying to get out of an overcrowded store with a sticky floor and an odour from the fried food sitting far too long under the heat lamps

I've been going here ever since I was little. I've always had good experiences in this place, and it holds an important place in my heart. The slurpies are unbeatable, for the cheap price the flavor is extraordinary. They have a good selection of snacks if you got the munchies, and the customer service is always amazing. I love this place!
