★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Campbell River with my buddies for a couple of days on vacation, and we just stopped by this 711. It was really clean and well managed. I think I had a really good bonding session with assistant store manager Raman and he was really polite and welcoming to my friends as well. He gave us the best customer service experience and had a wide smile on his face. After such a long and tiring day, it was worth it:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems the have favourable reviews from friends, but I literally need to have a shower after I leave there. I usually only go late late at night, I literally change my clothes to my old hoodie and bottoms so that i can change and shower right when I get home It gets over everything. As soon as you hit the car it hits you. It’s my neighbourhood corner store and I just go 5 times as far for a fresher, cleaner experience :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our way back from Tofino with my friends, we stopped by this small but very clean and managed store in Campbell at Dogwood.. This young fellow Raman helped us buy not only slurpees, snacks, but my friends got the best smokes too for the long way.
Very intelligent and was precisely managing the big line up of the clients. The respective authorities should consider and appreciate this young man's hardwork by either giving him some sort of raise or promotion as I have never seen a person who remembers all his daily customers needs prior to their order. He is a true asset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never be supporting this store again, there was a man laying on the floor, for whom knows how long two other customers asked the cashier how long he has been there and if she would call 911- SHE REFUSED! Thankfully the girls called for that poor soul

Especially after midnight.
They lock their ice cream for crying out loud to stop theft ?..
Store had an awful smell ;
But the customer service was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the girls working there is giving free food to my husband (yes, the baker) living in the building right next to it, I find it to be very unprofessional from her to be giving food away over flirting to a married men. I can’t believe you Guys keep workers like that there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been coming to this 711 for years but lately its been going downhill and fast.
The staff are impersonable and constantly on the phone.
It feels like im intruding whenever i walk in there, its dark and dirty, like im entering some sketchy store in the bronx.
Theyre not open half the time at night, and the other night they put a piece of paper up on the door that said "closed" with no explanation. What is going on? Is 711 not open 24 hrs anymore? If so, please change it on google so people dont waste their time. Our time is valueable too, and without customers you guys wouldnt be open or have jobs.
It was never like this when kathy was manager. The people who are now running this have taken a nice personable friendly neighbourhood store and absolutely destroyed it.
