★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are heavily under staffed. Especially Canada Post counter, the employees are so stressed from the work load and they rush the customers. Today I was not able to discuss parcel shipping properly with the employee.

Ever had at 7/11 . Sales associate named “JOY“ was so rude and disrespectful omg !! He made me feel like I was not paying but begging.
I would suggest everyone who reads this post , please avoid going to this 7/11 , if you love your respect , because the employees here would humiliate you and would be disrespectful just because you ask for a bag or ranch with chicken wings .

Never come here for canada post. Just go real Canada post location. Never come back again. Worst service ever seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two 2 liter bottles of coke zero through skip the dishes. The staff member that fulfilled the order pulled coke classic instead. As a diabetic that is a potentially dangerous error. I called and was told to process a refund through skip qnd blamed the mistake on being busy.
This is the second time this has happened. Complete incompetence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far and away the worst 7-11 I have ever been to. Where to start: (i) one of the employees (who wears a touque all the time, but no name tag) was cleaning and then started touching the cookies without washing his hands (I am reporting to the Health Department); (ii) they NEVER answer the phone after 4 pm (when the owner leaves); (iii) service is terrible and only 1 person works the till even if it is lined up 8 deep; (iv) The Big Gulp machine has been out for weeks; (v) it is usually filthy; and (vi) the staff are rude. It's the only 7-11 on the south side of the city otherwise I would never go back.
