★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAUTION! Dangerous food safety violations. On two separate occasions I experienced blatant disregard for food safety. First I was served room temp chicken taquitos. Huge risk of food poisoning, I didn't eat them. Second occasion I was served a moldy bun for my hot dog. No apology on either occasion and no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys that work here, including the manager, are the worst convenience store staff I ever encountered. I've given this place at least 15 chances and it gets worse and worse. Also, whoever does the ordering for this place should be fired, the same items are always out of stock. Why don't you order more of the popular items and less of the items people aren't that fond of? I hear people ask for the same things I want so it can't be my bad taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downtown Calgary finally has a 7-11 once again! Stoners rejoice, because Nomme offers delivery of their food. Oh yes my friend, you can order slurpees and wings to your house.
The location is busy with foot traffic. It's right across the street from MEC, and next door to a sweet beer shop.
For now the store is super clean and the manager is awesome. Check it out if you're in the area and need munchies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great to finally have a 7-11 back in the downtown area.
This location is clean, well kept, and massive. Definitely bigger than anything thay I had anticipated.
Staff are friendly, and the store is much nicer than the macs location up the road. Will be well worth the walk in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenience store this is not. Stopped to get slurpees for myself and my children and asked to get a couple toonies changed out for loonies. Apparently this was too big a request and they refused to make change for me. I refuse to believe for a second they weren't able to do so as it is something I have done many times before at other locations. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. I ordered through Skip the Dishes and got the 2 pizzas with 2 2L deal, and they didn’t even give me the 2 2L I ordered. When i called, they said that the Skip driver “forgot to take the bag”. It’s literally the 7-Eleven employee’s responsibility to make sure that the delivery drivers take the appropriate bags. Then when one of the employees told me to order a medium slurpee and they’d give me the cokes with it, I went to try and order a medium slurpee so i could get the cokes, only to find out there’s a $10 minimum order. When I told them about the $10 minimum order, the man responded with “no way. it’s not a $10 minimum.” and then proceeded to check and see it’s a $10 minimum. I’m disappointed that I spent money here and didn’t get what I asked for. Never ordering here again.
