β β β β β Good hot food when you are in a hurry. Staff is usually friendly, today Caises ( sorry if I spelled it wrong Feb 18th 2021, approx 6:45pm) the cashier went above and beyond being friendly and helpful greeting customers. It's great to see a happy worker in a good mood. Good job dude

β β β β β I dont usually do reviews but the asian Lady was very rude. I believe her name was Rowena.
We were trying to return an item that we bought by mistake and she rejectdd it right away. I asked why since it is unopened and its within 30 days.. she gave me an attitude and just said that they dont accept returns/exchange with no explanation and ignored me.
I showed her the policy in the 7/11 website and she turned her back at me and said something like she's gonna waste her time calling someone maybe customer service.. i waited for a long time and ask her colleague to the refund instead.
I told her everywhere in Canada has a return policy and she is insisting 7/11 has an exception. I asked her colleague if its true and he said he dont understand Rowena as well why she is giving me a hard time.
Note that i am pregnant and had so much stress just because i want to return an item that was unopened and still within 30days period
She even blamed me why i just returned it and not bring it back right away?? I told her we dont live nearby and only had a chance go come back today. She is so arrogant and didnt even tried to help.
These kind of attitude is not supposed to be working as customer facing job.

β β β β β Panhandlers here 24/7. They just started selling alcohol. The first 711 in the city to sell alcohol and this location has a panhandler problem for many years now. This won't help these people or the community. There's a few schools nearby too which their students go to this location. Disgusting, greedy and terrible decision made by the owner to sell alcohol from a community convenience store. Leave the alcohol sales to the liquor stores not the candy and snacks stores. Will never go to this 711 again, this is not liquor store its a convenient spot to grab snacks, drinks and candy for the kids.

β β β β β I had gone in to buy chips and they had a sale sticker of 2/$8 on them. Both bags had the sale sticker. The guy at the till proceeded to tell me I needed the app and it costed 600 points to get them for that price. I know that isn't the truth so I left. Your workers really need to know what their deals are correctly.

β β β β β An upgrade from a knob style turn faucet to a handle style faucet would make a huge difference in the washrooms. This way there is better control when turning the faucet on and off with clean hands verses dirty hands from everyone who touches it. The store has a decent layout and good selection of items though. But, the faucet upgrade would be well worth it. I am not a plumber and I changed 4 of them in my own home successfully, so they aren't hard to change. Thanks for your good service and welcoming personalities:)
