The selection is great and they have good prices. The hot food is a definite plus. An overall good experience that has never left me displeased or dissatisfied.

When I inquired as to why I never received my order they claimed they were out of stock and refuse to refund me and handle the situation or answer the phone. BOY COTT THESE THEIVES!

Tonight though I stopped in on my way home from work and got some nachos and was given a half full cup of chili. I asked if it could be filled and the response I received was that the button is hard to push/it's out. Should condiments not be stocked? Not impressed by the overall attitude and overall lack of customer service.

However, the last few times I have been in, I have noticed some discrepancies on the till total versus what the discounted price would be using our rewards card. When we ask for a detailed receipt, sometimes they refuse to give a detailed receipt. When we notice a few dollars difference and asked about it, we were given coins from the till as a refund instead of being refunded in the same manner of payment (debit card). They are literally stealing money from their customers and hiding it by not providing proof of purchase. Super shady. There are several other convenience stores in the area so I would suggest going to one of those instead.
a	andrew paule on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I visit this shop in the evening, I get the rudest clerks. I always walk in with a greeting which is never returned or even acknowledged. Last time I went there, I was waiting to pay at the register. Clerk didn't say a single word and was expecting me to know what my subtotal is and that the machine was ready assuming my transaction method. I told him he needs to speak up or say something. He couldn't even make eye contact with me. I felt so invisible, just like the other gentleman's review said. I had to ask him if he even works there. Never coming back here again.

I payed for 2 orders of the deal 2 for $6 cokes which would be 4 cokes but only received 2. When I call the store they say they weee busy. Tell my to place another order and they will put what I am missing on it. I’m like I’m not spending more money to get the stuff that I am owed. Terrible location. This happens regularly with me. Worst 711 in the city.
