I ended up having an accident driving around trying to find a bathroom, im currently pregnant and it's impossible for me to hold my bladder right now. I am so disgusted with this place!! Thank you for the embarrassment and not letting me use the washroom after literally begging to go to the bathroom, thanks for ruining my day as now I have to drive an hour away to change and come back to this part of the city!

For the longest time I thought this location had great service and great staff. Today, I went in to buy my cigarettes, and the woman operating the till quite rudely demanded that I take off my glasses. I require these glasses to see, and so asked her why I had to. Several people in front of me purchased cigarettes wearing glasses as well as a face mask, and she did not ask them to remove either the glasses or the mask. My entire face was showing, with a small tint on my glasses and I am 36 years old. I will not remove my prescription eye glasses in order to buy cigarettes. I tried to explain this to the woman but she would not listen. I won’t be coming back here. I’ve never had to remove my eye glasses purchasing anything before. Makes no sense. You’ve lost a loyal customer.
J	Justin Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars for the sheer size of their parking lot, makes it easy to stop when your hauling a trailer. The fresh/hot food is hit and miss, I’ve had good and bad. Other than that decent store, it’s kept clean at least. Keep your cigarette stock up it’s a dealbreaker when you don’t have my brand or size left.

I never encountered behavior like this from any gas station and I wonder if the owner is making the right decision to have such an aggressive person working for them. I believe her name was Lorilie. People be careful as she insisted to embarrass me in front of many people by talking to me like I was a child before I retaliated softly

The lady on the till told me we don't open washroom night time as we are not allowed. I worked on 7-11 for 3 years. I don't think so it's any policy? Then i bought something as i wanted to share whole incident with head office. when i asked for the recipt she gave me esso Bullock one same thing she did 2nd time. Then i touched the print and said i want that one. She was not wearing her name tag. i am very disappointed will never go back there.
