★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t do that, their behaviour is horrible, they don’t know how to talk to customers,rude for no reason. Their cuts are below average, they can’t fade even if their life depended on it. They should change the name. First choice does better fades then them. Too many red flags. I hope the locals avoid this place at all cost. I would rather drive 20-30 mins to Newmarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot say enough about how great Sam is! Not only did he do a wonderful job on my son's curly hair (which is not as easy as one might imagine), Sam also stayed late to fit us in. You cannot go wrong with this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at this place was really bad tbh 60$ for a beard and fade? Like come on if your gonna charge that much do a better job! My fade was way to high and my beard line up was not done properly and I told him what I wanted but he said it wasn’t going to look good when I told him what I wanted to do to my beard which I’ve done so many times so I know how it’s going to look he said some bull excuse that it’s not going to look good but you can tell he didn’t want to do it and he did by beard line way to high. Really poor haircut and will never go hear again was really angry how it looked and payed 60$ For it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not the type to bash but these guys have been pushing my buttons for a long time and now I’ve reached my breaking point. Customer service skills are 0. Always flipping back and forth between appointment only and walk in only. Never adhere to appointment times when I did make appointments. Would wait an hour past my time. Offside behaviour and language. Revolving door of barbers. They don’t clean chairs or any tools between cuts. Today alone: my barber left me to go deal with another customer for several minutes, rushed through my cut, didn’t style it, didn’t even ask, left my face covered in trimmings, left my collar tucked in. A complete joke of a business.
