★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulled in around 7:25 on Wednesday. Signage indicated permit holders only. Over 1/2 empty. I asked some other folks who just parked up, they said top level was free. No signage that I told me any of this (that I saw). Top level there was one space partially blocked by a snow bank. I was lucky to get it. Backed in as it's the best way to park but a sign at the exit door told me I should have gone in forward. I considered moving but noticed multiple another vehicles also backed in. ?
