I moved back to Winkler and the “family yard” with my husband several years ago when our first son was born. For the 17 years before that, the longest I lived in any one location was 5 years. The Bronx, Savannah, San Diego, San Francisco and Winnipeg among the main stops. I love living in a city’s downtown and experiencing it on foot. The alternative for me is wide open spaces, the peace and sunsets are beautiful.
I have 10+ years of architectural experience ranging from programming & concept design through construction drawings, in high-end residential, commercial and public buildings. The most notable local public project is the new Northland Parkway Collegiate, that I got to work on as a team leader while employed with Prairie Architects. I have both my Bachelor and Master's degree in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design and I received my license to practice in April 2010.
Corner Architecture was birthed out of a need for a local architect. The passion of 641 Homes to create quality buildings that are unique and perfectly matched to the client, fits well with my own desire to bring others visions to life in a way that is both beautiful and sustainable.
