The building is new and modern, has in suite laundry, full kitchen appliances, a pristine fitness area, and best of all is dog friendly! It is also within walking distance to the Burnaby Mountain hiking/biking trails and sky train. The building manager Roy goes above and beyond. He is always there when you need him, whether it's a quick fix or if you lock yourself out of your house (it happens). The care taking staff keep the building extremely clean and are always friendly. Roy and his team are welcoming and hardworking, making this a great place to live.

I can't help but notice how clean the building is kept and how friendly the tenants are; everyone seems so nice! I am happy my grandfather is living in such a pleasant and quiet building. :-)

I chose this place because it had excellent reviews by tenants on Google and I can now confirm it myself. The building manager Roy is extremely helpful, kind and considerate. I shipped my boxes before arriving here and Roy was very kind to receive them and put them in my apartment. If you are a single working professional looking to move into a community where you can feel safe, this is the place to be!

The building manager Roy is exceptional, super responsive and personable. The building and landscaping is well maintained. More than anything the people here are great, and I've gotten to know many of my neighbors and their dogs. Everything is close by, and if you love the outdoors there are some great parks and hikes nearby. Overall this is a great location, beautiful building and a wonderful community.

The building is beautifully kept and the apartments are spacious and modern. Roy does a great job keeping the place organized and running smoothly. I'm hoping to soon move in myself - its a great location, modern building, and super fair cost - what's not to love?

Everyone from the tenants to the building management are always extremely friendly. The building manager, Roy, is especially kind, accommodating and helpful to both visitors and tenants. The building itself is located in a great spot as it is walking distance to anything you could possibly need - grocery stores, shopping centers, and public transit. It also has an amazing outdoor barbeque area and is pet friendly which is amazing!

M	Michelle Psarrakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive lived in this building for just over a year...not only do I love the area (literally within blocks of every amenity from malls to parks to skytrain) the building itself very much has a COMMUNITY FEEL to it...its pet friendly so I tend to run into familiar faces of fellow dogwalkers! The building is clean and new and maintained immaculately...any time I've had to refer to the building manager Roy (minor maintenance issues expected in a brand new building) he's been prompt and friendly...hes easy to reach and normally has a resource either available or set up to amend the same day! I reentered the renters market after being a married homeowner the past 15 years...this building was the one and only I visited as I prepared to venture out on my own. I IMMEDIATELY felt SAFE and a sense of 'home'. After my tour with Roy my mind was made up!! I feel so lucky I landed here and plan to stay!! I highly recommend this building to anyone looking to live in a friendly, clean, quiet, well managed space where you feel SECURE!! The generous sized storage unit and the option to park underground are nice bonuses!! My little French Bulldog and I couldn't be happier!!
