I see a lot of people complaining about customer service not being standardized and the lack of being able to make appointments, but this salon works on a 'first come first serve' basis, its not that hard to understand how that works. That aside, The hair quality, weave execution, styling... absolutely unmatched! Beware though, their services are on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it.

It’s not just the hair extensions because I’m sure you can buy hair at other salons but it’s firstly the quality of hair they use -100% human hair. Go in and see it for yourself. When you walk in there is so much hair to choose from. Secondly, the way they ‘put in’ your extensions and/or weave; they use a ‘save your own hair’ technique so that your own hair does not get thin. I was pleasantly surprised when I over heard the stylists MiMi and Angelina telling a client not to put the extensions in their hair that day but to give the hair a rest for 2 months. They could have taken her business but they cared more about the health of the clients hair then the money. That’s how I feel every visit; cared for. They tell me if it’s good to perm or dye my hair or when it’s best to give my hair a rest. Awesome salon for hair! Now as for the wait time? There are some days - Saturdays where you do have to wait for an hour because they don’t take appointments but it’s ok just bring your phone or a book and wait. I’ve been going to this salon for 10 years. Whenever I’ve visited another salon for the same work I’m usually very disappointed. I’ve learned, this is my salon for amazing hair extensions, quality work, caring staff and yes some longer wait times on a Saturday but it’s worth it!
R	Rosina O'Hara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ONLY place to go in the city for weave (full head or partial tracks), extensions, wigs, etc. Have been a satisfied customer since October 2018, these women are very talented and super knowledgeable. Different tiers of hair quality to choose from (you get what you pay for, I suggest going for the top tier of quality hair) and fast, efficient install. The most extensive array of colours and lengths to choose from too. I’ve received constant compliments on my hair since I started going here. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else in the city - Just don’t. Walk ins only, FYI!

I know the cost of full installs for long hair is $160 and $25 max per row. I didn't even argue the price I just booked an appointment with my sisters hair girl and left.

The women who work here really take time with your hair. If they’re unable to do a style they will let you know before trying to waste time and your money. The hairstylist also gives tips on how to take care of my hair after every styling before I come back in a months time.
