★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Cancer Patient that was suffering a lot from many side effects, I was so thank fun to have been introduced to 3 Realms wellness. Parvinder was amazingly attentive and helped me deal with aches and pains in my bones / joints as well as providing some mediation and relaxation techniques. From not being able to walk due to pain in my feet and knees...I am now going for a one hour walk everyday....I wasn't able to sleep due to anxiety ...but now have restful sleeps ....AND loving it!

She has made a very positive impact in my health and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to achieve optimal health to go see her. She's fantastic and also great with kids.
