After moving in, the after-sale service has been outstanding. Tyler had contractors lined up to address minor issues right away every time I brought up a concern. Great build and professional work!

Even during the pandemic, they kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed.

Their designer worked with me for what I wanted and spoke to my contractor to ensure that all the sizing and designs were going to fit in the space perfect. The flow of information and advice from 3Gen provided a sound basis for construction during all stages. Our distinctive lakeside home reflects the skilled workmanship and sound construction practices that went into it. It is a well-built and beautifully finished home with a solid foundation. The completion time for our house was 6 months. We were made aware of the delays due to Covid restrictions.
Tyler, Jordyn and 3 Gen's Contractors are friendly, customer-focused and a pleasure to work with. They have insightful advice and they did a great job of listening to us and making sure that we get what we wanted. The team guides you through every step and make an overwhelming process stress-free.
A huge shout out to Marlon who made our feature wall in our master bedroom a masterpiece and for the lovely front door.
We are beyond excited to live in our first house build. Thanks to the 3 Gen team!

Their great advice, quick answers (and patience) for our many questions, attention to detail, willingness to work with us to get everything just the way we wanted it, and quality installation of our new kitchen cabinets and counters was amazing. Any minor issues we had with the product or work was quickly and professionally fixed and made right. I would highly recommend 3Gen to anyone looking for a contractor that provides great products and services and genuinely cares about their customers.

However, the team made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Jordyn and Tyler walked us through the design process, helping us make difficult decisions and answering our questions. Jordyn continued to be amazing through the entire process by communicating each step of the way and offering her expertise. We were so impressed by the professionalism and quality work from the employees and subcontractors. Eric and Lee went above and beyond to ensure we were happy each step of the construction process. Our renovation was completed on time and on budget. We are so beyond happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend 3Gen to others. We would gladly choose them again in the future!
