3. Pay more than expected for contract early termination

5. OVER-DETAILED Move-out inspection, e.g. check fingerprints on appliancesβ handles and on mirror, taking out refrigerator and stove to check the dust behind
- charges depends on cleanersβ working time and no notice received beforehand
