★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is always super friendly and it does not take long to get food. I come here quite often and order either the chicken plate, chicken shawarma and potatoes or the falafel wrap. Usually the potatoes are on the greasier side but today when I got home from picking up a meal, so much grease has accumulated in the bottom of my bag and went all over and coated everything else in the bag. disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic shawarma in Ottawa for some business they were recommended so after a 6 hour drive I headed over wow delicious had the chicken plate and my wife had the poutine shawarma and chicken shawarma sandwich delicious well seasoned meat tasty rice and the garlic sauce was spot on definitely if you’re in Ottawa and need a shawarma fix look them up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get 2 poutines today. 1) the poutine: soggy fries, no cheese curds, asked for extra gravy but the person working there decided to fill it with chicken before putting any cheese curds and gravy. When asked to top it up with gravy, he said “too full now”2) the person working there was extremely rude, did not wear a mask. When asked him to please make fries extra crispy (after being considerate of the fact that I’m the only customer, I could request to make it extra crispy, he said “I’m too tired” and MICROWAVED the POUTINE. I’m very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them a 2 because... Although they were nice, and the food did taste good, they stuffed the salad bowls... When i went to reheat my chicken only... It was popping in the microwave like popcorn & actually had sparks, and later my body did not agree w the food overall... Not sure what is in that chicken... But thatttt is definitely not suppose to happen ??♀️?
