â â â â â Jâai commandĂ© un « hoodie ». La qualitĂ© du produit et de lâimpression est rĂ©ellement surprenante. TrĂšs confortable, et on sent que ce nâest pas du cheap, ca va durer! Vraiment satisfait du produit. DĂ©lai de production pourrait ĂȘtre plus rapide, mais rapport qualitĂ© prix excellent.
 I ordered a "hoodie". The quality of the product and the print is truly surprising. Very comfortable, and you can tell it's not cheap, it will last! Really satisfied with the product. Production time could be faster, but excellent value for money.

â â â â â Nous avons eu un problĂšme de grandeur avec les chandails choisis, l'impression est trĂšs belle. Ils ont refait les t-shirts et la communication avec France a Ă©tĂ© efficace.
We had a size problem with the sweaters chosen, the print is very nice. They have redone the t-shirts and communication with France has been effective.

Nous avons fait une commande chez 2nd Skin le 21 juillet dernier (réception de la facture) pour 110 t-shirts.
AprÚs ne pas avoir eu de nouvelle de leur part pour 2 semaines, je leur ai renvoyé un courriel pour leur expliqué que la commande se faisait attendre.
Il m'a été mis à mon attention qu'un autre membre de leur équipe avait tenté de m'envoyer un courriel qui avait été reçu dans ma boite de courriel indésirable. Sans suivi téléphonique, on n'avait mis notre dossier de cÎté.
Le tout réglé, la commande a été initialement reçue le 13 aout.
CEPENDANT, nos 110 t-shirts sont imprimés avec une erreur substantielle sur notre logo.
J'ai donc dĂ» rapporter les 110 chandails pour qu'ils puissent se faire imprimer par dessus le logo initial.
Aujourd'hui, 6 semaines aprĂšs la commande initiale, j'ai finalement reçu mes chandails. Non seulement est-ce que c'est loin des 1-2 semaines prĂ©vues sur leur site internet (et indiquĂ© Ă mes clients), l'erreur du logo est visible sur certains chandails, car nous pouvons voir l'ajout du correctif superposĂ© sur la premiĂšre tentative dâimpression.
Aucun dédommagement pour le déplacement pour rapporter les t-shirts avec erreur et le délai d'attente.
Je n'ai pas le but de salir la réputation de quiconque, cependant mon expérience avec 2nd Skin a été lamentable.
I try to be careful of "negative" comments left on a professional page, but I had to do so in to share our story with you.
We placed an order at 2nd Skin on July 21 (receipt of the invoice) for 110 t-shirts.
After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, I emailed them back to explain that the order was late.
It was brought to my attention that another member of their team had attempted to send me an email that had been received in my junk mailbox. Without telephone follow-up, we had not put our file aside.
Everything settled, the order was initially received on August 13.
HOWEVER, our 110 t-shirts are printed with a substantial error on our logo.
So I had to bring back the 110 sweaters so that they could be printed over the initial logo.
Today, 6 weeks after the initial order, I finally received my sweaters. Not only is it a far cry from the 1-2 weeks stated on their website (and shown to my clients), the logo error is visible on some jerseys as we can see the addition of the patch overlaid on the first attempt to print.
No compensation for travel to bring back errored t-shirts and waiting time.
I have no intention of smearing anyone's reputation, however my experience with 2nd Skin has been dismal.

The 2ndSkin team is the best business partner we can have. Always on the lookout for new solutions to offer, very responsive in processing orders, aggressive prices, number 1 customer service if there are any corrections or modifications. I have worked with them for years and each project is a success! The LMH owes a good part of its image of a hyper well organized league to the gang of RĂ©my VĂ©zina :)
