A few times actually< i just called my insurance directly and they were very friendly and way more helpful than my Insurance broker!!! That's pretty sad.

This brokerage work with the worst insurance companies. When I asked them why they still work with an insurance company who never responds, their answer is, "oh we have a contract with them." When we can't get a satisfied answer and asked if we could speak with their supervisor, their response is basically "my supervisor will give you the same answer." Never ever sign up with them.
