V	Victor Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was just ok. It's only good for a quick bite and you are in the area for some cheap pizza. Place is small so takeout is the way to go.

Ordered my regular order by phone, had it arrive with incorrect ingredients, very sloppily assembled and with some meat ingredients totally uncooked and cold to the touch. Called into customer service, who were great, and were assured that the correct pizza will be cooked to completion and sent within 30 mins. After an hour, I called back to inquire as to the location, and was told it was closeby. When the driver arrived, it had the same incorrect ingredients and was even less cooked than the first time, with the dough collapsing in the middle, partially raw. By this point it was more than two hours since my initial order. Asked driver for a refund, who was very apologetic and had to deal with the restaurant manager on duty, Michael, who failed to read the return order from the CS team and kept refusing to issue a refund as the original receipt showed the ingredients it was sent with, not what I ordered. I explained multiple times that not only was the order taken wrong, the meat and pizza itself was uncooked and inedible. I had to call through to the call center twice and have the CS to direct the driver to give me a refund for him to comply, as Michael kept telling him to leave and let the call center handle my (debit) refund. Finally I was given a cash refund as the driver was unable to access the refund option on his machine, and a credit was extended but I will likely not order from this location again. Michael and his poor attitude towards accountability and client satisfaction could learn a thing or two about how to handle these types of situations.
M	Maclay John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE OWNER NEED READ THIS ONE The food was so good but the store was so hot. I take the kids come here almost every day in the summer time because this store close the swimming pool, we have to wait 15-20 minutes for the pizza but it wasn't AC in the store, my kids have to wait for the pizza and the store so busy. I ask the lady but always said "AC not working and the owner not here", if the owner read this comment please reply me and fix the AC if possible. The store will lose a lot of customer if the temperature like that. Thank you.
B	Benzito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst 241 location .. recipe here isn’t the traditional 241 recipe. The dough gets hard like cardboard , the tomatoes sauce is watered down. Best 241 location close by is on Davenport & Duffrein .
D	Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First ever order from this chain, probably the last. I ordered two Detroit-style pizzas with fries and a 2 liter. Everything was super fresh, which is why I gave this a 2 star and not a 1. Unfortunately, both pizzas were mostly dough with very, VERY little sauce, almost no cheese and little pepperoni. I called back to get a refund but they told me I had to give two intact pizzas back in order to get one. First time I've ever heard of this especially with food hahahaha. I had to opt for the other option which was to have new pizzas made. Even though they still told me I needed to give the pizzas I had back. I don't know, kind of crazy. (Each was missing a couple slices.) But hey, at least the food was fresh and hot!

Later I found out that there was another pizza 241 store which closed lately, serving this area. So this store is doing two store's job. And the distance is also a problem. HaHa.
M	Maria M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make a really good vegan pizza - better than Pizza Pizza, Pizza Nova and Panago. I have tried it with veggies or fake meat and veggies and both versions are awesome. The price and customer service are great as well. Very happy to have this pizzeria nearby.
B	Bianca Downie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for delivery last week, and my pizza came SO undercooked it was gross. The green peppers were raw and there was barely any sauce on it. I called around closing time so it seemed to me that my order was RUSHED so that the courier could be done work ASAP. I called customer service and all they could do was only give me an $11 credit since they were closed. So dissapointing. Today, a SUNDAY, I wanted to give it another try and called for delivery at 6:45pm and they told me this location was CLOSED when Google clearly states it’s suppose to be open. Please do better, you are suppose to be providing a SERVICE so do it accordingly….this location gives 241 pizza a bad rep!!!! Only good location is on DUFFERIN AND BLOOR.
