They take customer complaints only for public satisfaction but dont do anything on it, ofcourse why they fire anyone on somebody's complaint. Nobody care here for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saskatoon Transit wow and you guys wonder why your ridership is in such steel decline! Driver of bus #1007 needs to take some lesson on courtesy and customer service! This impatient driver would not wait 5 more seconds for a young man running to catch the bus! Then the driver announces to the young man sister that the supervisor would be pulling the camera images! Like really?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Won't open the door for customers even if they are at the bus stop. I take two buses to go to downtown. After I get down from the first I usually run to get to the other bus that is at the same stop. Often the second bus would leave as soon as I arrive at the bus stop. It takes little brain to fix this problem, all they have to do is make a schedule that permits the transfer passengers to get on to the second bus. Today I was able to catch the bus but they won't open the door, because I wasn't on time. Same thing happened to another girl yesterday. They don't understand the concept of customer service. We pay for the service and they treat us like this. I have never seen this poor bus service and I have been to many other places in different countries. They always stop for you as long as they are at the bus stop.
