★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the worst. They will ticket you on lost that are not clearly marked. I was parked on a dirt lot with no signs and got a ticket from them! When I tried to explain the situation they just said tough luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had monthly parking here for work twice, each time 1-3 years. It's a good spot for a good price. Gravel lot which isn't amazing but it's also not awful. Often there is plenty of parking - but there is three lots in this section so you have to be careful where you park. Also I've never had any issues with Impark, they are helpful and courteous over the phone and if my lot is full and I have to park somewhere else it's never been an issue. Will be returning to Impark when I return downtown.
