So went there without doing my homework..big mistake. First off, I was promised a site in a "few days". That didn't happen, instead I was placed in a horrible spot until one came up with the expectation that I would come and move it at there request when that happened. That was the first indication that the place is a joke. After I parked it initially, I asked what my passcode is. The response was " It will stay 1234 until we get the system fixed"..Some security.. The fence had areas that were falling down with a couple of pallets leaning up against it to hide it. The grass is extremely tall, mice will be a problem, and to top it off, the guard dogs, which seem friendly enough come with a warning from the manager to keep girls in the vehicles, they might attack little girls.. Awesome.. Needless to say, I recinded my agreement and got my trailer out of there ASAP at a $25 cost, and brought it back to Springbank storage. It is worth the extra drive..

This facility is conveniently located to my house in SE Calgary. The issue with this place is that their business practices are extremely unprofessional. Expect your renewal contract in the form of a threatening email. I guess there are dead beat clients everywhere, however I am not one of them. Would have been happy to write another cheque to renew for another year. Not sure I am comfortable doing that now as it's always a hassle dealing with businesses that just don't get it. Hopefully they will be more reasonable releasing my RV than they have been renewing my rental fee without having to involve the Sheriff department.

We have stored our RV here since 2011, never have I had any issues with the storage site, dogs and Cameras are watching everybody! We have never experienced threatening emails from management, At renewal time we receive the following email, G'morning, Reminder that your stall renewal is due April 5, 2015. Rates are $xxx.00 for 6 months or $xxx.00 for the year. Please let us know if you will be renewing to reserve your spot. thanks Great place, easy access, very friendly, well maintained, best outdoor storage we have experienced in Calgary.

After a good first year with 22X RV storage, we have cancelled our contract partway through, received a refund, and left extremely dissatisfied. Around mid-December, the keypad on 22X's front gate stopped working and, in its place, we found a sign that asked us to call a phone number for access until they could get the gate fixed. We went along with this for about three months (we use our RV a lot). The person on the other end of the phone never asked for our name, but I suppose it's more secure that nothing? By the time Spring of 2020 rolled around, we found the gate just wide open with nobody staffing it. They advertise a secure facility so I wrote a letter asking them when the gate would be fixed. The response was laughably ignorant of common customer service practices. They blamed the fact that the owners weren't around to do the repair work on the "plandemic" (their words). They then asked rhetorically, "Has there been an issue with your trailer? has it been tampered with? Is it still in the yard?" I mean come on, where is the accountability? If your job is storing property and you advertise that you have a secure lot, you don't get snotty when that lot has been insecure for LITERALLY six months. Sure, you can put a lock on your door AFTER your stuff gets stolen, but a wiser person would lock that door BEFORE it happens. If you are looking to entrust your property to somebody with people skills who cares about the security of your property, you are going to want to give this place a pass. There are a million other places out there that won't spit venom at your for asking them to fulfill their and of the agreement and keep your property secure. Good luck!

Really close to SE Calgary, well priced and secure! Best part, I come and go as I please. Other storage lots wanted to charge me to come and go in winter which was ridiculous. I store ATV's here so I pick up, ride, wash, and drop off all in one day and no worries at all! Many different size stalls available. Totally recommend them!

I have been there for years, the owners are approachable, friendly and honest. The place is clean and well maintained. I'm able to access my trailer 24/7 and perform any mechanical work. Highly recommended.
