Before we found 21Renovations, our home was full of a mess because other irresponsible constructors did poor work on there, broke every promise, and did not finished it for 6 months.
So we changed our contractor to 21Renovations, and there's no regret at all.
- Sasha, the real professional contractor said that they will complete the work in six weeks, and did it. When there were some problems, he doesn't hide it and makes us know the situation well. And finally, he solves it.
- Pamela has positive, bright energy and helped us to make good choices. She catches our preferences well and suggests good ideas.
- Dejan and all crews are very reliable, have a friendly manner, and did good quality works.
- They wisely solve 'unexpected problems' and clearly make us know what can be done or not in time.
It was a great experience working with crews of 21Renovations. The results are amazing!
Only one thing we regret is that if we've been working with them since January, we might be able to write this review in March this year.
We highly recommend β21Renovationsβ for people living in Vancouver.

He has excellent communication skills and above all delivers the project on time, on budget, surpassing the expectations.
No pressure, no-nonsense, direct approach with real-world advice.
Just talk to him once -or better yet, meet him- you will know what I mean: I wish everybody I had to work with was as nice as him.

β β β β β Sasha and his team were wonderful people to work with for our condo renovation. We are very pleased with the quality of their work - they had transformed this old 20-year-old condo unit into a brand new place! We received many compliments for our home renovation from our families and friends when they visited. Their work is professional, detailed, efficient, and they always strive for perfection.
In terms of communication, Sasha and Dejan were efficient in responding to our texts and keeping up with email correspondence. At the initial stage of the renovation, we received updated timeline and scope of work as per our conversations through email, which were helpful in keeping track of tasks to be completed and the details of the budget. In the decision-making points, they offered us their professional advice and always gave us options.
They are also very resourceful. When my husband and I could not find the right backsplash for our kitchen, bathroom vanities, shower stall, bathroom wall tiles, and doors, they were able to quickly connect us with the stores that sell products which matched the standards, quality, appearance, and budget that we desired. The final results are simply amazing!
We highly recommend 21 Renovations! Thank you for making our dream come true!

β β β β β I can highly recommend this company. They took care of everything ensuring that all the correct tradespeople came in to do the work. All workers were very capable and professional. The finished product is exactly what I wanted and there were no issues with poor workmanship or issues with the workers not showing up. All in all, it was an excellent experience working with this company.

β β β β β Sasha and the 21 Renovations crew were amazing to work with throughout the entire 5 week renovation of my condo. The end results are absolutely beautiful! He was able to adapt to additions to the project even after it started, keeping on the adjusted budget, and staying as close as he could to the completion date. He and his teams that were available to answer any questions that I had promptly. I definitely recommend using them.

β β β β β I wanted to give a huge thank you to 21 Renovations for the amazing work they did for us.
They transformed a very dated 1970's condo into a beautiful modern masterpiece.
The level of detail and effort they went to was far beyond what we expected. Everything in the condo was "original condition", so the renovation required a complete gutting of the kitchen and bathroom, new drywall, new electrical, new plumbing, and leveling the floor for installing new laminate floors.
The work they did speaks for itself - everything was done to better-than-new standards, and at very good prices.
As well, there was always someone available to answer any questions I had, and to help make the process easy for me as it was my first ever renovation experience.
Everyone on site was great to work with and you could clearly see the pride they take in their work. It honestly felt as if they were renovating their own home, not just a client's.
Prior to choosing 21 Renovations, we spoke to and met a LOT of other contractor companies, and none came close to the positive impression we got from Sasha, Dejan, and their whole crew.
I have recommended this team to everyone, including family and friends. The quality of work they do, and their character and integrity is very rare these days.

β β β β β We chose 21 Renovations to do an extensive renovation of our kitchen and adjacent rooms. We are very happy with the results. The 21 Renovations crew (Sasha, Dejan, Luis and Juan) was excellent, as were their sub-contract tradespeople. Everyone that worked on this project was professional, polite and friendly, in addition to being great craftsmen.
Sasha and team completed our project on time and on budget (with a few cost adjustments for unknowns at the project start). It was not an inexpensive reno; but, the transformation of our kitchen was well worth the investment. We feel that we received good value from 21 Renovations. We could not have achieved as good a result without their skills andΒ experience.
We highly recommend 21 Renovations and would be happy to speak with anyone considering them for a renovation project.

β β β β β Going into our kitchen renovation, we weren't sure what to expect, but Sasha was super helpful in providing us with a timeline and expectations. And all expectations were met, if not exceeded! All work was done on time and the kitchen turned out even better than expected. Our friends still don't believe that the cabinets are IKEA and not custom, because everything fits together like a big puzzle. That's to say, Sasha's design was executed to perfection by everyone involved. Special thanks to Juan, who asked questions to gauge our needs and preferences and who made sure that everything looked as planned. Juan also showed up every day with a smile on his face and a personable attitude which made all interactions pleasant! Thanks to 21 Renovations, we are now enjoying a modern and functional kitchen!
