★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I worked with Ramin to purchase a fourplex as a rental property. We weren't terribly familiar with the investment market and despite having bought and sold several homes before, there were a lot of unusual components to our deal that we weren't familiar with.
From beginning to end, Ramin was very patient as we worked through all of our questions and negotiations and brought a great deal of knowledge to the table which in turn helped us feel comfortable and confident going forward. He's very sharp and organized but also has a very calm demeanor which is very welcome during a potentially stressful decision making process.
We felt that he was extremely accommodating to us and would most certainly return to him for our real estate needs as well as recommend him to others. Thanks Ramin!
