Called and the owner said oh it's probably cold ? or your pipes are frozen,, the snow is melting so Im sure my pipes are just fine, really.... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.. We purchased a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stackable washer/dryer here in the summer for $1250. The fellow who owns the shop gave us his word that he would support us if they were any issues. (We wouldn’t be using them until we occupied the residence, so although purchase was in July, use of them didn’t really begin except for the fridge until October.). Well the fridge ice maker and water maker have quit working. The fridge was leaking, and we found out that the drain pan was in two pieces, so ordered a replacement through a repairman. We phoned week after week after week, and every time, he promised he would be out to have a look and see about repairing it. But of course he never showed up. Be cautious about what you buy there. The washing machine he sold us never washed one load of laundry, but blows the breaker when we run it; it seems to have a complicated set of issues that make us rather uneasy to spend money and replace it. Peter did refund us for the washing machine when we hauled it out of our house, put it on a trailer and returned it yesterday. We are thankful at least for that.

He sent me photos of all the dryers he had in stock which was very helpful as I live out of town. He then was able to delivery on the same day! He was very efficient and great to deal with. I will definitely use this company again!!

He got here around 12:30pm and was done and leaving at 12:45pm. Super quick, inexpensive, and quality service. Very happy with the service we received! Will be recommending in the future.
K	Kathy Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly thrilled with the fridge we purchased here a few months ago. Ours died and we were in a pinch and couldn't wait for another one. Had some family go take a look in Cranbrook as we couldn't see it ourselves because of work, and REALLY wish we would have waited to take a look. We were assured that it was in great condition with "one little dent" on the door - okay no big deal. We ended up paying 500 dollars for a 16 year old fridge that looked like it was dropped off a truck. I almost cried when we loaded into the house and i saw the full extent of the damage. The corner is completely smashed in, there were actual holes in the back panel of the fridge and horrible scratches all down the door handle. Plus a huge dent right in the center of the door. Now we are looking to sell it and will be lucky to get 100 dollars for it. Wish we would have just waited and purchased a new one at the time. I'm sure there are some nice appliances here, but be sure you take a good look before purchasing.
