β β β β β Every time I visit this shop I have good experiences with the staff. They welcome me upon entry & havenβt been rude. I like their local cider selections here. Wine is priced up $2ish compared to BCL (as expected since 1st Ave is private owned). They gifted my kids cute Santa hats sponsored by Bud Light. And I like visiting here during the holiday season. There was a time when they decorated for their fellow staffβs birthday. SO SWEET! Iβve only had good experiences.
-1star: Parking spaces are very narrow & freaks me out parking or getting out. Uncertain whatβs up with the VIP card & how the point system works??
This spot is convenient for my drive home but the entry into the upper parking lot can be so dangerous! That intersection is a headache.

β β β β β Never had a bad experience here ever and have been shopping there for 4.5 years. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and super polite. Prices are competitive also and they usually have what I am looking for.

β β β β β The manager purposely set up an automatic 15% tip on your receipt without the choice of custom tipping. They say I should have look at the screen before they punch in. Ah, why would I tip a LIQUOR STORE? It is not a BAR!! They scam people there. Don't ever go in there. They say the cashier machines are set up automatically that way. There was never any tipping selection offered to me when paying with my credit card. Hope my reporting stops this total non sense, when paying customers are unware of such outrageous setup could happen to them. I suggest make sure to check your receipt before leaving the store if you have no other liquor stores close to you!

Rude and unprepared staff!
My friend showed two pieces of ID and I just had one. Even though my friend was the one buying liquor they refused to sell.

(Nice and polite responding to the review. Itβs a shame that at the store they donβt have the same attitude. In addition, I donβt understand how someone that has gray hair could be considered under 19yo ??ββοΈ)
