★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place to park if you have mobility issues or a stroller, if you have to park upstairs. There's no elevator, only stairs or ramps. There are a few stairs to get into the Bay to access the elevator, or a Skywalk to 444 St. Mary Ave., when they are open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Good place to park. Lots of space.
Cons: dont leave your valuables exposed inside the car, there are incidents of thieves breaking car windows to get the items inside the car.
Stairs are really stinky with all the urine on the walls. Suggest to take the ramp or just go inside the bay
