The building managers are a husband and wife team and they are extremely friendly and accommodating. The other staff are also friendly and polite. They smile and say hello every morning.

I always felt like I was being welcomed to my modern suite I loved the design, and the view was absolutely amazing! The building amenities added a sense of space that was comfy and luxurious. The Bosa equity and quality of construction and design is amazing. Living here I knew I was living in the heart of Vancouver’s best.

The regular cleaner, Shamise, and the night time staff Tien and Keith are always a pleasure to chat with and are extremely helpful, and the building managers Zoran and Ana are incredible people. They're helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and generous with their time, and the best property managers I've ever dealt with. If you want to live in a newer high rise, this is the place you want to be.

My building is super dog friendly, the building managers and staff are extremely accommodating, and they have a system to make everything you could think of, as easy as it can be! I don’t plan on moving until I move to a different city completely :)

The building is well managed and always clean. Tien and Keith are so charming and do a great job of keeping the building safe at night. Shamise always makes you smile with her bubbly personality and infectious laugh. The whole team are a joy to be around. Miss them all dearly

As previous homeowners, we were nervous about becoming renters again, but living in 1108 Pendrell was a truly wonderful experience. The units are smartly laid out, the building is incredibly clean, and the amenities are fantastic (shout-out to the Parcel Pending service, which we used with reckless abandon). Most of all, the building is managed by the most wonderful group of people, including Zoran & Ana, our building “mom & dad” who treated us like family (including our dog, who got a treat almost every morning). We will miss them dearly and can’t recommend the building enough to those looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-managed place to live. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
