We previously had a wooden dock structure, but it was destroyed by the high waters we've had along the St. Lawrence over the past couple of years. Your dock was just what I was looking for! Something that will adjust as the river rises and lowers. We've only just begun to enjoy it, the whole family and we're looking forward to many, many more years of enjoyment.....not just during the daytime, but also at night....and being able to add on to it as our needs develop.

Rick delivered the Jetroll docks to our home and took the time to go down to our existing docks. Rick gave us lots of advice and tips on how and where he thought our Jetroll docks could be mounted to our existing docks. We did the install ourselves and found it easy to do. They function great with our pair of three seater PWC’s.

We quickly started researching floating docks that would be suitable. We contacted a number of manufacturers and decided to deal with 1000 Island Docks Ltd. Kate quickly provided a configuration that would work and hustled to fit us into a tight schedule. Rick delivered the docking sytem and really took his time to explain how to put it together properly. So far the product has been excellent and provides good stability for the watercraft with plenty of room to board it easily and safely. We would definitely recommend this company - exceptional customer service!

D/t their extraordinary product and service we have all ready ordered additional products to enhance our dock experience. What was most outstanding is Rick's customer service when I asked if I could pick up parts and tools, as I was in a bind, on the holiday Monday. We agreed on a time and both of us met and solved my purchase. An invoice a few days later and I'm in business. I'm in the customer service business and Rick and Kate have that one down pat! I'll be with them for a lifetime!

They were diligent in ensuring that we had the right parts, they helped configure the ramp properly for our set-up and they took the time to illustrate exactly how to assemble the blocks.
