1 Stop Auto Repair Centre

My son and I went to check out a Honda Ridgeline. Went for a test drive. Loved it. Took my wife with me the next day for another test drive. They told us truck would be 100percent detailed inside and out, undercoated and safeties when we picked it up. Pretty sure they just sprayed the dust off with a hose. I waxed the hood and you wouldn't believe the difference. Even my niebour noticed the difference. I did not complain I took truck home to detail myself. No big deal. On way home a/c was not working so I called shop as soon as I got home. The truck is under WARRANTY. They called me right back and told me to bring it back and it will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE. I was happy at their quick response even though I had to drive it for a week through a heatwave. They tell me to be there at 9. I show up ten min early and know one even unlocked the door until 930. I took it to shop which is an hr and half away. They tell me it needs an a/c compressor and they can not get one for 2 days. Ok no problem. Took day off work to go back 2days later. After my 1.5hr drive they tell me they have the wrong part (a phone call would have been nice)I told him I took day off work and drove an hour and a half. He tells me to give him a min while he calls his boss. They decide to take it in their shop and take it apart. After its apart he comes and tells me he cannot get a used part from the scrapyard so I will have to pay 200 for a NEW part. I told him truck is under WARRANTY. After a few words I agree to the 200 as I just want my truck back together to get outta there. As I'm about to pay the 200 that I still don't feel is right I ask to speak to the boss. He informs me he is the boss. (So who did he call when I got there and he was telling me he had to call the boss?) After a brief argument where he explained new parts were cutting into his profit. I payed the 200 just to get outta there. When I got home I decided to double check their work and realized they cracked the plastic under a/c compressor and just left it hanging. Also they never put the tow hook back on. WHO USES USED PARTS FOR WARRANTY WORK? WHO CHARGES CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY HAD TO USE NEW PART. CON MEN IS ALL THEY ARE. Their garage one stop auto is no better. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I've never felt the need to do a review in my life. This is my first one

Great staff, Great service, I called in last minute before they close and they still gave me an appointment and changed my brake pads, plus they have reasonable charges, would recommend to everyone??

I was there for an oil change and wheel alignment. Took them about an hour and half. But did an amazing job. They were very professional. I would take my car to them always.

The best auto body shop in Brampton. The staff know what they are doing. Reasonable charges and most of all courteous service. Clean place. I highly recommend this repair shop. I am sure they will definitely not ruin your car and will not charge you for unnecessary repairs.

Called them explained what i needed, they told me to come in and once i'm there they told me we have to book you in another day, wasted of time and gas

I recently got my BMW X3's dent and body damage repaired though Charan's 1Stop Auto centre. After the service and work he did I can confidently say that I can't think of anyone better than him for auto repair jobs now.. He was so helpful from the very beginning in explaining the process, reasonable rates and gone above and beyond my expectations. He is very detailed and always willing to answer any questions at any time. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is very expensive, if you want to save your hard earned money then please do not visit this place. They charge extra $100 for everything, they will say too many lies and they are smart in it. Think thrice before visiting this place. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

Very skilled people. They resolved my issue in just few minutes. I tried a different shops to repair my fog light bulb but no one knew how to do it as simple as they did. They did just in seconds and very economically. Great skills and great experience. ✅
