★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the shoes at Davincis'. My daughter and I probably have 5 pairs each, that have been purchased over the last few years. Unfortunately this last week I found out that they do not stand behind their product. My daughter purchased a pair of boots and the stitching at the top of the boot, completely unraveled. The boots where worn for 1 hour inside and had no scuffing on the bottom. I went to return the boots and was told, I could only get a store credit. I understand the need for companies to have return polices to protect themselves from customers who take advantage (wearing the item out once and returning it). But in this case the boots where flawed, they did offer to fix the stitching but I truly feel that it would have ripped again. We did receive the store credit. We will go after Christmas and pick up our last pair of boots from Davincis. Anyone know of another good boot store that stands behind their product?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great quality shoes that last a long time and the price point is fair for the quality you get out of them. I love the fact that they have very little made in China and the variety is always present. Great store to stop into!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Vinci Shoes has TERRIBLE 3 day return policy that they do NOT inform you of at the time of purchase. The sales clerk told me to take some tight boots home and wear them because they would stretch. When they didn't, they refused to refund me my money because they were "worn"!!! (only on carpet, in my own home). The owner was rude, condescending and lacks customer service skills. I will never shop there again based on my experience. If you do, please be aware of their ridiculous return policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The true definition of customer service. I went into West Edmonton Mall yesterday and went to seven different stores to look for long hiking boots shoe laces. None of the stores carried them, until I went into DaVinci Shoes. The woman there didn’t sell any laces, but had some spare laces from older shoes that she was glad to give to me. In my opinion, she could have simply said that they don’t carry any laces, but went above and beyond in order to help me out. A great job to the lady that helped me out. You have just gained a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of shoes, but the women follow you around watching you like you're a criminal! They have a reputation for that in the mall. Notice them move around you from different angles so they have a clear look at you - not friendly. All of my friends avoid this place because the staff makes it uncomfortable to shop. Their return policy is ludicrous. I shop at KUNITZ Shoes. Class all the way!
